At Flaviar, we strive to ensure your spirits arrive in perfect condition; however, due to the nature of alcohol shipping regulations, we can only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Shipment

    Upon arrival, carefully examine your bottles for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect labeling before opening the seal.

    Contact Support

    If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or arrange for a replacement shipment if applicable.

  • 4.
    Secure Packaging

    If a return is required, place the item back in its original protective packaging to ensure it is transported safely back to our warehouse.
