The first-fill European oak Sherry puncheon cask held a Single Malt distilled in 2005, and Mr. Motion felt 12 years in Orkney climate was enough for this juice to turn into a remarkably deep and balanced Scotch. It boasts rich toffee and spice flavors that evolve into dark chocolate and nutmeg, with a light aromatic touch of peat.
