How does the membership work?
Flaviar is a club for spirits enthusiasts. Members receive quarterly Tasting Boxes, a full-size bottle of their choice, and access to exclusive live tasting events and rare bottle releases.
Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship to all EU countries and select states in the USA. Please check our shipping map during checkout to see if delivery is available in your specific region.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order is processed and dispatched by our partner retailers, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your spirits' journey.
What happens if my bottle arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if a bottle arrives broken, please take a photo and contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Absolutely. You can manage your subscription settings through your profile. If you cancel, you will still enjoy your benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Are the samples in the Tasting Boxes authentic?
Yes, every sample is sourced directly from the producers or authorized distributors and rebottled in our certified facility to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.
